ALTERNATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY METHODS
Manson's foundation in partnering means we can support a variety of collaborative delivery methods to streamline processes, prioritize value engineering and innovation, potentially shorten delivery schedules, control cost, and reduce risks.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Includes the early involvement of Manson to provide cost estimating for budgets, scheduling, design-assistance and optimization, constructability reviews, value engineering, risk analysis, VDC modeling, logistics, procurement options, permitting guidance and support, and much more.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC)
As the Construction Manager, Manson collaborates earlier with the Owner and their engineer on design optimization, cost estimating, risk assessment, permitting and procurement support, scheduling and phasing, etc. with the goal of developing a project that is ready to build. Then Manson negotiates a contract to become the General Contractor to construct the work. Early work packages can also be created.

PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD
Similar to design-build, except the process starts much earlier. The client and Manson’s design-build team collaborate on every step. The project scope and design is developed concurrently with cost – providing the ability for target pricing, risk, and schedule to be jointly agreed upon before construction commences.

DESIGN-BUILD
Manson and our selected design partner work under contract as one team – focused on engineering and constructing a project that has already been pre-defined and programmed by the client.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR)
The Construction Manager acts as a consultant to the client during project development in the Design Phase and becomes the General Contractor during the Construction Phase. As CM, Manson serves as the client’s representative during all phases (if desired) and manages all subcontracts. Manson commits to delivering the project for an agreed upon guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
