Manson Construction Co. launched its new Employee Health and Wellness (EHW) program during Construction Inclusion Week (CIW) 2024. The program aims to connect employees to resources that promote the four pillars of wellness: physical, mental, social, and financial.
Manson’s EHW will build and maintain a healthy and supportive community at Manson by providing access to resources and creating opportunities for engagement and community involvement.
The EHW will leverage a variety of interactive measures, including webinars and discussions, third-party speakers, blogs, and community activities covering a wide range of topics. Employees will have numerous resources at their fingertips for help during major life events as well as maintaining overall health and wellness.
